Copper-nickel coils are usually composed of 90% copper and 10% nickel, and they possess high resistance to corrosion, particularly in seawater. The mechanical properties cover tensile strength of about 550 MPa, yield strength of about 240 MPa and elongation, which provides durability as well as flexibility in different applications.
