We are the experts you can trust for high-performance Hastelloy products that provide long-term performance
Hastelloy plates and sheets consist mainly of nickel (50-70%), molybdenum (14-17%), and chromium (3-5%), offering superior corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environments. Small amounts of iron, tungsten, and other elements add to the mechanical properties of the alloy. These alloys have high tensile strength, usually in the range of 80,000-100,000 psi, and have good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, oxidation, and creep at high temperatures. With excellent thermal stability, Hastelloy sheets and plates retain their strength and integrity in extreme operating conditions, which makes them perfect for chemical processing, aerospace, and power generation industries.
