Inconel Alloy Bolts are primarily composed of Nickel (50-72%), Chromium (14-23%), Iron (5-10%), Molybdenum (2.5-9%), and trace elements like Niobium, Titanium, and Cobalt. These bolts possess excellent mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 1240 MPa (180 ksi), yield strength of 1035 MPa (150 ksi), elongation of 12-30%, and hardness of up to 44 HRC. Their physical properties include density of 8.19-8.44 g/cm³, melting point of 1260-1350°C, thermal conductivity of 9.8-11.4 W/m·K, and electrical resistivity of 1.25-1.29 µΩ·m, which renders them extremely durable and performing.
