Bristow Nickel Alloys is a renowned Inconel Forged Fittings manufacturer and supplier in Midland, UK. Our Inconel Forged Fittings are engineered to have superior corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and excellent thermal stability. Which has made them the go-to fittings for harsh environments. To guarantee maximum quality our Inconel Forged Fittings are put through strict testing. Such as chemical composition analysis, tensile strength test, hardness test, and dimensional inspection. Through stringent quality assurance and precision engineering, we supply strong and high-performance forged fittings to international standards and customer specifications.
Inconel Forged Fittings consist of nickel (≥50%) with chromium (14-23%), iron, molybdenum, cobalt, manganese, carbon, silicon, and titanium, with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. Their mechanical properties are tensile strength of 750-1035 MPa, yield strength of 345-758 MPa, and elongation of 30-50%, providing excellent durability and toughness. Their physical properties are a density of 8.2-8.5 g/cm³, melting point of 1350-1400°C, and thermal conductivity of 9.8-11.4 W/m·K, which makes them suitable for harsh conditions involving oxidation and heat resistance.
