Inconel Nuts consist of Nickel (50-72%), Chromium (14-23%), Iron (remainder), Molybdenum (up to 10%), Niobium (up to 5%) and traces of Titanium, Aluminum, Cobalt, Manganese and Silicon, exhibiting exceptional corrosion and oxidation resistance. These nuts have better mechanical properties such as tensile strength of as much as 1240 MPa (180 ksi), yield strength of as much as 1034 MPa (150 ksi), and a minimum elongation of 12-30%, which guarantees durability. With a density range of 8.1-8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1290-1430°C Inconel nuts have excellent thermal stability, strength, and long-term performance.
