Inconel Alloy Pipe Fittings consist mostly of Nickel (72%), Chromium (14-17%) and Iron and traces of molybdenum, manganese, silicon, and carbon. They possess great mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 1,000-1,300 MPa, yield strength of 480-720 MPa, and hardness of 90-200 HB. Physically, they possess a density of 8.9 g/cm³, melting point of 1,400°C, and excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal stress. These make them highly durable, resistant to corrosion, and reliable under harsh conditions of temperature and pressure.
