Monel Pipes consist mainly of around 63% Nickel, 29% Copper, and trace amounts of iron, manganese, and other components. Monel Pipes have very good mechanical properties, with tensile strength of 550-750 MPa, yield strength of 250-450 MPa, and elongation of 30-40%. The hardness is usually between 60-85 HRB. Physically, Monel pipes possess a density of 8.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1,400°C. These physical properties offer outstanding resistance to corrosion, particularly in seawater, acids, and alkalis, for long-term durability.
