Nickel Alloy Bolts are primarily made up of nickel with other constituents like chromium, molybdenum, and iron, based on the respective alloy grade (e.g., Alloy 625, 400). The composition is highly resistant to corrosion, especially in severe environments like marine, chemical, and high-temperature uses. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 600-1,200 MPa, yield strength of 300-700 MPa, and elongation of 20-40%. Hardness is between 200-300 HB. Physically, these bolts have high fatigue resistance, thermal stability, and very good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, which makes them suitable for harsh industrial conditions.
