Bristow Nickel Alloys, Midland, UK, is a reputable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality nickel alloys and specialty metal products. With emphasis on precision and customer satisfaction, we provide reliable solutions to various industries. Our Nickel Alloy Nuts are made for superior strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, which make them suitable for use in the chemical, aerospace, and marine industries. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, we deliver on time and offer affordable solutions specifically designed to suit the individual requirements of our clients.
Nickel Alloy Nuts are generally manufactured from high-strength nickel-based alloys with compositions that can contain nickel (50-80%), chromium (10-25%), molybdenum (2-5%), and traces of iron and other elements. These nuts provide superior corrosion resistance, particularly in high-temperature and aggressive chemical environments. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 500-1,100 MPa, yield strength of 250-700 MPa, and elongation of 30-50%. Having a hardness of 200-300 HB, they exhibit better durability, excellent pitting resistance, and high fatigue strength, making them ideal for severe industrial applications.
