Nickel Alloy Pipe Fittings are essentially made up of nickel, with other percentages of chromium, molybdenum, and iron, based on the grade of the alloy (e.g., Alloy 625, 718, or 400). The fittings are highly resistant to corrosion, especially in acid and high-temperature conditions. The mechanical properties generally contain tensile strength of 600-1,100 MPa, yield strength of 300-700 MPa, and elongation of 30-50%. They are physically very high in thermal and electrical conductivity, have very good fatigue and oxidation resistance, and a density of approximately 8.9 g/cm³, which makes them well suited to harsh industrial use.
