Nickel Alloy Tubing is generally made of high-purity nickel and, in various percentages, chromium, molybdenum, and iron, depending on the alloy grade (e.g., Alloy 625, 400). The tubes are highly resistant to corrosion, particularly in acid and high-temperature applications. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 600-1,100 MPa, yield strength of 300-700 MPa, and elongation of 30-50%. Tubes possess a hardness level of about 200-300 HB. Physically, they have high electrical and thermal conductivity, good fatigue resistance, and are resistant to harsh conditions like marine, chemical, and aerospace environments.
