Nickel Alloy Wire generally consists of nickel of high purity, along with chromium, molybdenum, and iron in quantities varying based on the particular grade of alloy (e.g., Alloy 625, 600). The wire has excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly at elevated temperatures and acidity. The tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation are 500-1,000 MPa, 250-700 MPa, and 30-50%, respectively. Hardness is 200-300 HB. Physically, it possesses good electrical and thermal conductivity, higher fatigue resistance, and is perfectly suited for applications in aerospace, electronics, and chemical processing industries.
