Super Duplex Steel Coils consist of 25% chromium, 7% molybdenum, 4% nickel, and nitrogen, with the remainder being iron. The composition offers excellent strength, superior corrosion resistance, pitting, and crevice corrosion resistance. The mechanical properties are a minimum tensile strength of 80 ksi (550 MPa) and a yield strength of 50 ksi (345 MPa). The material has a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1350°C (2462°F). These coils are well-suited for high-pressure, high-temperature applications, providing outstanding durability and long-term performance in demanding environments.
