Titanium Bars are generally manufactured using titanium alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V or commercially pure titanium (Grade 2). It contains 94-98% of titanium, along with minute quantities of aluminum, vanadium, and other alloying elements. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 550-1,200 MPa, yield strength of 480-1,100 MPa, and elongation of 15-20%. The physical characteristics are a density of 4.43-4.51 g/cm³, a melting point of 1,660°C, and superior corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, acids, and high-temperature conditions.
