Titanium Bolts are generally manufactured from titanium alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V or commercially pure titanium (Grade 2). The contents are 94-98% titanium, along with traces of aluminum, vanadium, and other elements. The mechanical properties are a tensile strength of 550-1,200 MPa, yield strength of 480-1,100 MPa, and elongation of 15-20%. Physical characteristics include 4.43-4.51 g/cm³ density, a melting point of 1,660°C, and very good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemicals, and high-temperature environments. Aerospace, marine, and industrial use are appropriate applications for these bolts.
