Bristow Nickel Alloys, a Midland, UK-based reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality nickel alloys and fasteners, has years of experience under its belt. We provide high-precision engineered solutions to cater to the requirements of different industries. Our Titanium Tube Fittings have been engineered to deliver exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, thus being best suited to be used in critical applications in aerospace, marine, and chemical industries. We take pride in our timely delivery, offering our customers dependable products that are tailored to their individual needs effectively and efficiently.
Titanium Tube Fittings are constructed using titanium alloys, commonly Grade 2 (99.2% pure titanium), with high strength and resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and chemical attack. Their mechanical properties include tensile strength of 430 MPa and elongation up to 20%, with high durability and flexibility. The fittings are light because of the low density of titanium, and therefore they are perfect for applications demanding both strength and lower weight. They are physically very resistant to high pressures and temperatures, which makes them ideal for challenging environments in aerospace, marine, and chemical applications.
