Titanium Tubing is made up mostly of titanium (around 99%) with traces of aluminum and vanadium, subject to the grade of the alloy. The composition provides outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and longevity. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 130-160 ksi, yield strength of 75-100 ksi, and elongation of 10-20%. Physically, the titanium tubing has a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and high resistance to fatigue and creep. Its superior corrosion resistance makes it a preferred choice for aerospace, marine, medical, and chemical processing applications.
